DALLAS (2013) – White Rock Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce it recently advised Mitas Hill Vineyards (“Mitas Hill”) of McKinney, Texas, on securing a $2.5 million financing agreement with First National Bank Southwest, a branch of First National Bank of Omaha.
Mitas Hill is a family-owned and operated North Texas vineyard, winery and event destination. The winery produces nearly 2,000 cases per year of Tempranillo, Cabernet, Savignon, Syrah and Venus grapes from over 7,000 vines on the estate. Mitas Hill is family operated and was founded in 1999.
The financing will be used to open an event center, which will include a bed and breakfast, a steakhouse, a pizza restaurant, and a 3000 square foot event hall. A team from White Rock Advisors, led by Simon Martin and Greg Hext, advised management of Mitas Hill on securing the debt financing.
