Hext Capital Partners acts as Exclusive Advisor on the sale of Measurement Control Systems to Pearl Street Capital Partners

DALLAS (2023) – Hext Capital Partners, LLC is pleased to announce it recently advised Measurement Control Systems  (“MCS”), a portfolio company of C3 Capital Partners II, LP (“C3”), on its sale to an investor group led by Pearl Street Capital Partners (“PSCP”), a committed capital fund backed by two family offices.

Established in 1964,Measurement Control Systems is a California-based value-add distributor and servicer supplying gas meters, process instrumentation and controls, gas regulators, water meters and various other residential, industrial and commercial flow meters to thousands of utility and industrial customers throughout the U.S. These products allow customers to accurately track and regulate gas and water usage for billing purposes and to remain compliant with governmental and industry regulations. MCS stands out for its deep technical expertise and best-in-class service, which enable it to deliver the right solutions to customers.
