DALLAS (2014) – White Rock Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce it recently advised AHI Facilities Services, Inc. (“AHI”) of Dallas, Texas in securing a $4.5 million line of credit from Triumph Bank.
AHI, founded in 1968, is a provider of integrated facility services for commercial building owners and managers throughout the US. They are CIMS certified, which is the first comprehensive management and operations standard for cleaning organizations. Of the 72,000 commercial janitorial contractors, there are only 251 contractors that have the CIMS certification.
AHI plans to use this line of credit for working capital for growth and to refinance a factoring arrangement. A team from White Rock Advisors, led by Simon Martin and Greg Hext, advised management of AHI on securing the line of credit.
