DALLAS (2010) – White Rock Advisors is pleased to announce it recently advised Heart Test Laboratories (“Heart Test Labs”) of Westlake, Texas on its equity private placement.
Heart Test Labs, which began R&D work in the early 2000’s, is a medical device manufacturer who creates affordable screening tools for heart disease detection. Their product MyoVista has a color waveform technology that allows primary and secondary professionals an additional look for further heart screening. The 2D color technology allows the practitioner to see additional information that does not appear on a traditional ECG test.
Heart Test Labs will use its equity to fund further R&D and clinical trials. A team from White Rock Advisors, led by Simon Martin and Greg Hext, advised management of Heart Test Labs on the equity private placement.
